WRONGFULLY BANNED

WHAT HAPPENED
On September 8, 2026, my official TikTok account @legal.moto.dealer was wrongfully banned. Fake accounts copying my name and content were created, which led people to mistakenly report my real account. I'm currently in the process of appealing the ban and working to get my account reactivated.
DO NOT FOLLOW COPYCAT ACCOUNTS
Please do not follow any other TikTok accounts using the same or similar name as mine. They are all fake and are not affiliated with me or Legal Moto Dealer. My only official handle was @legal.moto.dealer.
IP BAN DETAILS
The ban completely IP-banned me from the TikTok app entirely. This means that even if my account is reactivated, or if I want to create a new account, I would need to purchase a brand new phone with a new IP address. This is a lengthy and costly process.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
If TikTok cannot restore my account within one week, I will most likely create a brand new TikTok account. I'll update this page with any developments, so please check back here for the latest information on my TikTok status.
